Car Service City – Brakpan

If I could give them ten stars, I would have. My car had a huge problem with the brakes. I contacted Francois yesterday, the tow truck delivered my vehicle to them yesterday late morning and by closing time my vehicle was ready for collection. I collected my car at 7 (really 06h50) this morning and was greeted with smiles and friendliness from all. They are efficient and affordable. I will recommend this branch to everyone. Thank you (10 stars)!!!!

I recently had my car serviced at Car Service City for the second year in a row, and once again, I was impressed. From the friendly receptionist and professional mechanics I felt at ease leaving my car with them. They are transparent and trustworthy. I'm confident in their expertise and will be back in 2026 for my yearly service.

One of the guys working with me went and got pricing for a service on he's vehicle. A few minutes later someone with a man bun came to our shop saying we are harassing the lady at the counter and we need to stay away they don't need our business. I have serviced my car with them even though they are over priced and bought a globe for my vehicle but now that we know you don't need our business then you won't get the business. Now I understand why the review rating are so poor, but good luck with your business. 👍 FYI the 1 star is actually a 0 star 👎

Dont ever take your car for full inspection at Car Service City, I took a vehicle in for a full inspection before I bought the vehicle cash to see what is all wrong with the car. Report was done on some basic things that needs to be services on the vehicle but alot of things were left out. I bought the vehicle just to fine out that the left CV Joint had to be replace it was visible to the eye with all the grease coming out on the boot cost at BMW 25k for one CV joint, I had to replace the transfer case which was visible that the transfer case was leaking oil and was previously repaired was cracked all the way through, most of the covers were missing under the car, the drive shaft wasn’t aligned. The back top break light wasn’t working a lot of wiring hanging lose I was never advise of any of these issues so they cant be trusted to do a full inspection.

Our vehicles are always serviced and maintained thoroughly. Customers are always kept up to date if there are any additional parts that are needed, as well as the costs involved. Excellent service as always, we are never disappointed.
