3 months agoWas not happy at all. Wait more than six hours for a quotation. One day later after 4 pm wrong parts arrived. It took 3 days to get my vehicle back after the machanic said it is a 5hr job te replace the the parts. Yes the parts must be removed as well. But 3 days is not acceptable at all

6 months agoWhen I take a car for annual service I expect it to come in better condition that be returned with problems that never existed. So use them at your own risk. My car was not even test driven before given back to me. They should focus on doing what the customer requests (service) instead of inserting their machines into critical parts of our cars and later say there is nothing they can do to bring car back to original state. I am certanly angry and not happy with their service. I'm now anxious about what else will go wrong since they touched my car.
