4 months agoHorrible experience recently especially at 8:30 , the bakery is literally selling us dough instead of the fat cakes , Spar had nice and well baked Magwinya but this days very poor , 3 days in a raw same experience, please they must do better or revert to the original recipe.

3 months agoPoor service, no Manager compassion nor eticacy or consideration for whats going wrong in the Spar Store. You can call the Celtis Spar, to lodge the dissatisfaction, complaint, you'll be asked to come into the Spar Store, inconvenience to drive and pass other Spar outlets, and make sacrifice and additional cost, which costs way more than the R40 to R50 spent item of the trolley purchase. Appauling Customer Care and Service at the Celtis Spar's higher levels. Utter disappointment, scary and shocking when your competitors like Shoprite, Checkers are swallowing up your market share, all because of disservice and poor Customer Service practises. This experience has been my first ever where no consideration was offerred to the Customer, which even your Big Clothing Stores never practise from past experiences, let alone in this instance a food item complaint not up for discussion nor Spar Celtis consideration. Avoiding Spar Stores at all costs, even if convenient.

10 months agoI bought chakalaka from this store only to find out that its expired on the 19th of December n today is 22 December which means this is wat u always do selling expired things.expired things are poisonous and ur not checking ur things.poor poor service u have

a year agoI just had a horrible experience in this Spar. Grapes were advertised at R29.99. I took them, went to the till and when I get there they are R49.99. I tell them the price advertised is R29.99 and they tell me it’s not for the black grapes but for white yet the grapes were mixed in one place. The lady with blonde curled wig brushed me off and said the price is not for the grapes I have. I left without grapes because they refused to give me with the advertised price.
