    Sent my car in for a service, Fuse box cover missing. It was definitely there as you can see how clean it is inside judging by the picture. Just do the right thing!!!!! Stop taking advantage of woman!!!!!! They arguing the bmw f30 doesn't come with a cover. But I have a f20 2014 118i model. Contacted bmw. I will never EVER take my car to this place again. At this rate, who knows if they even serviced it. Probably got robbed there too. At bmw I got a whole lot more for the price. Never again! Over R2500 for spark plugs??? Never days! BMW charged 295bucks for 1. U guys are robbing woman who don't know better. Do better. We rely on u to have some integrity.. service claiming its a major service and all I get is an oil change and a stamp.. then all the extras are added.. U feel pressured to take them because u don't know better and want your car running 100%. That's my stupidity for accepting so I take accountability there because I gave the go ahead. Just stick to what the service book says and what is required ladies.. Just give me my cover back!!!!! Check the footage!!!! I'm not trying to gain anything that's not mine!!!

    Great service from Rudi and his team—my car feels like new. Rudi explained all the additional work needed and was helpful in advising what to prioritize. The staff are professional, patient, and kind. I will definitely be returning. Thanks, guys!

    Took my i20 in for a minor service. The vehicle thereafter had some idling issues, car service city was happy for me to return my vehicle, diagnosed the niggle and sorted it out without extra charge. Great communication from forward facing staff and owner. Definitely recommend!

    I'm really disgusted and shocked by the customer service at this place. First, when I came to drop my car off for a scheduled service, I was rudely told there was no space and I insisted that I had no means of bringing my car in the following day for the service as I start work before the branch even opens, so they squeezed my car in, making it obvious that they were already annoyed by me. The manager was incredibly rude to my mom over the phone when they called the wrong number. Adding insult to injury, they attempted to charge an extra R4500 for a faulty handbrake light, a charge I opted not to pay as it wasn't urgent. However, upon receiving my car yesterday, I discovered the handbrake light miraculously working again, without paying any additional charge. This situation reeks of dishonesty and manipulation and raises suspicions of a potential scam. I want to make it clear that I will not be returning to that branch, and I strongly advise others against taking their cars there. If I could, I'd give them zero stars without a doubt. I feel that they tried to take advantage of a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, and the thought of that being a possibility disgusts me.
