2 years agoPlease dont go here. Staff took my money last holiday. I paid and got an empty tank. Stayed for a long time arguing with them and the manager wasnt even there. Called the manager who was very arrogant about the situation, claiming this had happened before. She said she would follow up (Still waiting). I understand management was on holiday but your staff stole my money

2 years agoGot fantastic service from Motshidisi on Tuesday. I had a nail in my tyre and he helped me with a smile on his face the whole time, he was chatting with me to keep me at ease. I know how to change a tyre, but since I have had operations on my hands I battle to get enough pressure to loosend the locknuts. Very friendly attendant, will so go there again.

2 years agoI bought product from this filling station which I believed to be substandard. I contacted them and complained. The said that they will remove the product off the shelves immediately and offered a refund. I said that its too far to drive, at which point Engen offered to do a delivery as an exchange. We need establishments like this.

6 years agoDon't even bother. I've been here about 5 times and 3 of those times I had to get out the car and go find a staff member to help me after I had been sitting for a good few minutes. They're not even under-staffed, they're just not efficient at all. I'd personally rather drive around Karaglen to the Engen down by the post office - I've had much better service there.
