in the last weekworst service ever. I and my staff visit and park there at the parking next to the petrol station which has lots of parking space during the week quite open and we park and exchange our parts and buy lunch at the shop and also fill up our car's tank. But security treat my staff and me like street criminals. We have been using this petrol station quite long now. And we didn't have problem before until one very rude security guy comes and ask us to leave the place otherwise he will call police. I told him I am their customer but seems like he don't care. When I filled up the tank I called manager and I don't remember gentleman's name(he is one of the director of the company if i am not wrong). but he confirmed with me he don't have problem that me and my staff park there and exchange our goods and use his petrol station. But today that security guy come with Temba(which is worse. when I asked him where is his name tag so that I know he is working for the station. but he asked me back where is my name tag???) and saying his manger is in a meeting. I told him i can come other day to see her but he keep saying just send email. Temba is extremely rude. I couldn't believe how he treat me and talk to his customer. Please teach Temba( don't know his position there) how to treat customers...

a month agoThey have changed their pies so many times, pies and samoosa's are ridiculously expensive and tasteless, worst pies ever. The old owner's had the best quality food and at affordable prices. They are selling their Fulfil protein Bars for R79. 99, I bought them elsewhere for R19. 00 each, how do they justify their prices. Definitely won't be going back there again.

a month agoNormally visit and support this garage daily, take my 8 week old puppy in my arms to grab my woolies lunch now quickly as I don’t want to leave her in the car, security comes to me after I pay with a clerk and tells me dogs are not allowed, which I completely understand, but 2 minutes in that store with a tiny puppy in my arms surely isn’t a crime, and they tell me next time I must leave her out the store, I gladly told them I’ll go to another garage next time, last time they see me.
