7 months agoI fill up here everyday...and couple of days ago I was overcharged on my debit card ...I was not sure did not look at the pump amount ...but came in today at 05h10 and the lady from inside the shop came running out and explained the petrol attendant made a mistake...I was taken back by the honesty and really thanked her for been honest and getting back to me ..she gave me 50.00 back ...I did not get her name but will definitely use this engine garage more often ...👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 good service

2 years agoPoorest Uber eats experience ever. Not only did they COMPLETELY mess up my order eats order, but they wouldn't even make arrangements to get the right stuff to me. Very unhappy and won't be using them again.

3 years agoI’ve been filling up petrol at this garage for several years and never had problem with the people, but felt very disappointed today. The staff asked me to give him Extra money because he have exceeded the amount that I asked him to fill, at the same time he kept looking into my car like searching for money or something. It’s not about the Extra amount that I have to pay, but the way that he kept searching into my car making me feel very uncomfortable. Seems like he is new because I have only see him twice.

5 years agoI had a breakdown with my vehicle on route to Germiston just before 6 pm and i am glad i had stopped at this Engen Garage. Subsequently everything had went wrong that day, my phone battery had died and my charger was not working in the vehicle. I usually am never the one to panic in a situation like this but i'd personally like to offer credit to Peter the manager of the station who assisted me with he's phone, advice and assurance. I managed to get hold of a colleague and I eventually repaired the vehicle. It might sound like trivial matter but i honestly was taken away by the assistance i had received from Peter. i know a lot of other service stations who usually aren't very helpful during these situations. It's always good to know there is still people that are extremely helpful and welcoming in the world we live in today. Thumbs up for Peter and he's entire team.
